Where did the "Upload as Attachment" checkbox go?

To give some background history, the checkbox previously gave the option to either:

1.  Upload the screenshot file to freshlog.com for hosting and hotlinking from within your Basecamp message
2.  Directly upload the screenshot file to Basecamp for hosting

Over time, I observed that customers always preferred to go with option 2 most of the time and having the checkbox there was introducing unnecessary confusion, hence I removed it and have it defaulted to 2.
